Fall Fixes

Fall. It is my favorite time of the year. I love the chill in the air, the leaves, layering, and the chance to stay home and do some sprucing up. History on Tour

Every Tuesday, DC's Real Estate agents have the chance to preview property for their clients during Brokers Open events. This Tuesday, the chance to tour a bit of DC history was on my schedule. In Dupont, a stately home situated on two lots, built in 1897 by renowned Architect Joseph Coerten Hornblower, has been beautifully restored to meet today's needs. The 5 level 8200 sq ft home has 3 separate apartments--an owner's 3860 sq ft home with special details like a hidden room behind the dini
