Thursday Thought: Right Time

Is now--in the midst of this pandemic--the right time to buy or sell? Typically we have a very robust Spring Market in DC. This year, April sales were down about 17%--we'd predicted 50%. Turn to May, median days on market was 9--yes, just 9 days. And prices are holding steady and in many neighborhoods rising. Why? Inventory is terrible low. We have about a 1.5 months supply of homes.
