Wildly popular and a proven marketing technique, staging is all the rage in DC. Staging can set a design aesthetic for the home, but more importantly it helps define the space.

Most buyers have a very hard time envisioning furniture placement in a vacant home. They wonder not only, "will my furniture fit in here" but also, "where should it go?" Staging answers those questions the minute they open the door. Staging is also important for the photos and videos that buyers will see before they decide to tour. There is a reason it is so popular; staging sells.
