Zonda, a housing research firm, releases an annual Baby Chaser Index that ranks cities based on increases in residents aged 25 to 44 and 60 to 79. In the previous year, Austin, Texas; Charleston, South Carolina; and Jacksonville, Florida, led the rankings.
