Coldwell Banker Announces Luxury Property Specialist Certification Course Now Online in a Self-Paced Environment

Coldwell Banker announces the Luxury Property Specialist Certification Course is now online in a self-paced environment. To offer the course to more agents, at a time and pace that matches their busy schedules, the course can now be accessed independently at a time and tempo that works for each student.

Any licensed Coldwell Banker sales associate can register and take the Global Luxury course, which will fulfill the Coldwell Banker's education requirement to join the Global Luxury program. Completing the class is one step in becoming eligible to earn the Luxury Property Specialist distinction for the Global Luxury program. Following class completion, the agent will then submit their threshold transactions for approval and certification.

The course is taught by Sherri Anne Green, a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Ambassador and Luxury Property Specialist licensed in Washington, DC and Virginia. Also providing class content are Michael Altneu, Vice President of Global Luxury for Coldwell Banker, as well as Global Luxury Ambassadors and Luxury Property Specialists Ricardo Rodriguez and Dawn McKenna.

Once the course is complete, the agent must complete the Luxury Property Specialist (LPS) Application to verify threshold criteria have been met and approved to receive the LPS designation.
