Sherri Anne: National Real Estate Speaker at Leaders in Luxury

In September 2023, Sherri Anne was asked to speak at the annual Leaders in Luxury conference held by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. The event brings together real estate professionals from around the globe together to inspire, educate and elevate the residential real estate industry. As a national real estate speaker, Sherri Anne was asked to speak on a panel that discussed Industry Trends.

During this national real estate speaking engagement, Sherri Anne joined agents from Canada, Tennessee, Florida, and Colorado. Differences and similarities in feeder markets, market movement, client sentiment and more were discussed.

One myth Sherri Anne dispelled is where the buyers purchasing in DC come from. “It’s not politicians,” she said. Watch the video below for the answer.

Sherri Anne also discussed the market in DC and managing seller expectations in the year following the Covid years boom.

Lastly, Sherri Anne discussed was making connections with other agents. Being able to refer clients to a professional agent in another market when they move is extremely important. Sherri Anne been afforded many referrals in from agents across the country and one service she provides to her clients is to refer her clients or friends need to buy or sell in another market to an agent who will provide them with the same level of service she provides.
