Virtual Solutions to Accomplish Your Real Estate Goals

With so much time spend at home, you may be realizing that you need more our of a house. Whether it is more space, a different neighborhood, or a different layout it could be time for you to buy. And many are asking, "but, can I purchase safely at this time?"

Whether buying or selling, the heart of my business has always been working with clients on their terms. At this time, it becomes even more important to make the buying process easy and comfortable for my clients. While I've always employed virtual services to assist my clients, today, with more people wanting to limit their interaction, I can combine those virtual services to complete your home purchase online from start to finish.

Online Virtual Meetings

To get started, I host an video conference via Zoom, Office Teams, or FaceTime to discuss your home purchase goals. Just as we would in person, we will have a full buyer consultation to go over the process. We will discuss your needs in a home, desired for your neighborhood amenities, your financing and go over the steps to purchase.

Lender Introductions

If you don't have a lender you'd like to work with, I'll make introductions to several great lender partners. All mortgage lender applications are done online so that step is easy. Via phone calls to each you can narrow in on the one that is the best fit for your purchase.

Custom, Private Virtual Home Tours

We will start our search as always via the MLS. When homes that are of particular interest are identified, I'll arrange a private virtual tour of the property. Through a live video tour of the home, I'll walk the entire property with you showing you the flow and each room's layout and features. and highlight important features we discussed during our on-boarding conference. The tour will be in real time so you can ask questions as we go!

Digital Signatures

All Buyer Broker Agreements, lender docs and offers to purchase documents can be signed electronically via your phone, tablet or computer. Using a secure program called Dotloop, we can get all of the necessary documents completed and signed easily.

Title & Escrow

Your Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) will be wired to the title company and escrow will be set up to complete the transaction remotely.

Closing

Closing can be handled on a one-on-one basis or completely remotely with an online notary if desired and allowed by your lender.
