Sherri Anne Green: National Real Estate Speaker

It was an honor and privilege to be asked to speak at this year's Gen Blue. Gen Blue is Coldwell Banker's annual worldwide conference bringing agents from all over the globe together to inspire, educate and elevate our businesses. I was asked to speak on a panel entitled, Making the Move to Luxury.

Speaking Engagement at Gen Blue

During this national real estate speaking engagement, I joined agents from Idaho, Florida, and California on the panel. It was a packed house which was exhilarating. I got to see agents in person who have attended my Luxury Property Specialist class and also some I follow online. We discussed how we got into working with luxury clients, tools to use during listing presentations, networking, and how to prepare for a listing consultations.

One of the points I discussed was making connections with other agents. Being able to refer clients to a professional agent in another market when they move is extremely important. I've been afforded many referrals in from agents across the country. And I've also referred business out when my clients or friends need to buy or sell in another market.
